Cyclocross specialists Davide Frattini and Luca Damiani of the Colavita/Sutter Home Men's Cycling Team presented by Cooking Light ascended to the podium at the 2007 MABRA cross event #1.
 
The 60-minute leg opener presented a demanding circuit, with three sets of barriers to contend with over the rolling terrain. But the Italian pair clipped into their Blue Competition Bicycle CXC cyclo cross bikes and blasted off the start line at full speed. With superb teamwork, Davide and Luca whittled the front group down to three riders in the first 15 minutes. Davide attacked with three laps to go and soloed in to take his first cyclocross victory of the season; Luca followed close behind in third place.
